Dear conscious human,
After completing the Conscious Coliving 101 course, you might be interested in how you can find potential conscious coliving opportunities.
Well we’re here to provide you with our top 6 resources, so you don’t have to go out and set up your own intentional community!
☝️Top tip: Volunteering and coliving directories are a great place to start. Here are our top 5 go to directories:
1. Foundation for Intentional Community
A great resource for finding intentional communities. Not only does the Intentional Communities website provide you with a directory to find your own, it has other resources such as books, podcasts, forums, courses and there’s even information on how to set up your own intentional community, should you really, really want to.
2. Global Ecovillage Network
The Global Ecovillage Network has information on where to find ecovillages, courses on sustainability education as well as information related to how they are working to bridge the gaps between policy-makers, governments, NGOs, academics, entrepreneurs, activists, community networks and ecologically-minded individuals.
3. Diggers and Dreamers
Diggers and Dreamers, has been around for over 30 years! It is a resource that introduces you to the variety of intentional communities available from urban communities, to low impact, to everything else in-between. Its extensive directory covers intentional communities across the UK, plus there’s a whole host of other information available too.
4. NuMundo
Is a directory of decentralized ecovillages, intentional communities, permaculture farms, social projects and retreat centers. Here you can gain information about networks located all over the world and even list your own, if you did decide to set one up!
5. Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms
Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms (WWOOF) started in 1971 in the UK, and was one of the world’s first educational and cultural exchange programs. Today, in more than 130 countries worldwide, WWOOF continues its work to increase awareness and create a network supporting cultural exchanges centered around ecology and sustainability through hands-on education.
The above 5 directories are a great place to start looking into what’s available. However, if you’re eager to jump straight in we have the perfect place for you…

Did someone say Life Itself Residencies?
You might remember from Day 6 that the Life Itself Residencies take place at the Bergerac Praxis Hub. They are a place where individuals come together to explore, practice, and embody new ways of being and relating to each other and the world.
Situated in Bergerac, France, the Hub is a place for experimentation, exploration, and learning, where people engage in self-work, and creative and spiritual practices within a supportive and structured framework. It is for anyone open to experiment with the art of being with whatever comes.
And finally,
This is the last time you’ll hear from us via the Conscious Coliving 101 course 😢.
If you have enjoyed the course be sure to sign up to our general mailing list. We share a monthly digest of everything happening at Life Itself, including new courses, residencies, resources and more!
Until then, don’t be a stranger, be a conscious coliver! 😉
