Fund

Land, stewardship, capital.

Developmental spaces need places — and places need capital. This is the real-estate and finance layer: how conscious communities get funded, owned and structured.

The
problem

Initiatives lack capital. Investors lack initiatives.

Community-scale properties need substantial capital; groups pool money slowly and borrow badly; and the people best suited to this life are rarely the highest earners. Meanwhile investors who want a stable, ethical home for capital can't find vetted projects. Bridging that gap — bringing confidence to capital, and capital to conscious communities — is what this stream is about.

The
story

From fund to platform.

Between 2019 and 2021 we designed a real-estate fund for conscious community. It didn't launch — capacity, not conviction — and the thinking became something lighter: a matching point between projects seeking capital and people who want to invest. That deal-flow is now emerging, and we publish it here.
